Mouse 30 Walnut #1605. This bass features a semi-hollow alder body, and a one piece eastern walnut top. The 30” scale neck is made from walnut, and features an Indian rosewood fingerboard, with the integrated thumbrest feature. The frets are a tiny mandolin size, and offer a low action that is very easy to play. The frets are made of nickel silver (a softer metal alloy), and due to their tiny size, do not impart a metallic tone. The strings are La Bella 760n, a steel flat wound with a black nylon outer wrapping. This wrapping is very smooth, and also protects the frets from wear, allowing a small fret size that will have a very long lifespan.
A custom made, form fit case (made locally by G&G cases in Los Angeles) rounds out the package.
