Mouse Walnut #1556. This fine Mouse 30 bass features a semi-hollow swamp ash body, and an eastern black walnut top, sans binding. The color spectrum in this particular piece of walnut has really nice coffee with cream colors and a beautiful open grain quality. The 30” scale neck is also made from eastern black walnut with a lined fretless Macasser ebony fingerboard and matching bridge. This is one of my favorite wood combinations, as the lightweight ash body, combined with the walnut neck makes a very punchy yet warm sounding instrument. A deluxe quality form fit hardshell case (made locally in Los Angeles) is included
