MB-2 Maple Lined Fretless 34" Scale Bass #1645. This beautiful Mb-2 bass features a semi-hollow alder wood body with a quilted maple “drop top” without binding. The “drop top” is a thin top that is steamed and then vacuum pressed onto the body to produce a generous arm contour. The lined fretboard is paired with matching bridge of cocobolo. The 34” scale neck is made from eastern birdseye maple. This bass comes with a custom made form fit case that snugs the bass like a hand in a glove. The case is locally made by G&G, the original makers of Leo’s cases back in the day. .
